Since the institute will move to a new campus recently, in order to avoid the loss of student personnel files in the transfer process, students are requested to remind the institution where the files are located to mail the student personnel files according to the address information on the transfer letter of the institute。If students' personnel files are lost due to private mailing without receiving the transfer letter from the institute, all consequences shall be borne by the institution sending the files。
